Rooftop Dinner Series Pizza Night

One referral turns into a table full of friends. This rooftop dinner was a thank you to the amazing clients who have trusted me and kept the referral chain going. We celebrated over authentic Neapolitan pizza from Fam Na Pizza, great wine, and even better company. These dinners are my way of giving back, but truly it’s my clients’ trust and support that make it all possible. Here’s to more pizza nights, rooftop dinners, and the incredible people who make this all so rewarding.

Another unforgettable rooftop dinner with sixteen guests gathered to celebrate the incredible clients and referral groups who keep my business growing. Casareccio Foods catered the night with an amazing menu and Local Flora created the most beautiful florals for the table. Guests were welcomed with a Hugo Spritz before dinner, followed by a self guided wine tasting that brought everyone together. We ended the evening with wine by the fire pit, the perfect finish to a summer night and such a great reminder of why I love what I do.

For this year’s holiday gift, I teamed up with Bad Dog Bread, a local bakery known for their incredible sourdough, to deliver fresh loaves to my clients. The idea came from a trip to Spain earlier in the year, where I fell in love with the handmade bread baskets I saw there. I couldn’t find anything like them back home, so my mom, my Nonna, and I made them ourselves. The finished baskets added a chic, European touch, something special for each client’s holiday table or dinner parties to come.
Gnocchi Cooking Class
November 2024
This one was a favorite. I teamed up with Casareccio Foods founders and chefs Alex and Simone for a hands on gnocchi cooking class. Each guest paired up to make their own gnocchi from scratch, with custom aprons and printed recipe cards to take home. After cooking, we all sat down to enjoy the finished dish together with plenty of wine and a signature Aperol Spritz. It was such a hit that many of my clients have since recreated the recipe at home, the event that just keeps on giving.

For the second dinner, I hosted another incredible group of clients who have helped my business grow through word of mouth. Casareccio returned with another beautiful meal served on the rooftop, complete with Local Flora centerpieces and a tablescape that matched the mountain view. A beautiful night celebrating connection, community, and the people who make this business so rewarding.

The first rooftop dinner of the summer brought together clients who have shared my name within their circle, friends referring friends and keeping the connection going. Casareccio Foods catered a full Italian menu of fresh pasta, gelato, and tiramisu, while the table was styled with florals by Local Flora. With the North Shore mountains as the backdrop, it turned into the perfect night of food, design, and great company.
Summer Ice Bags

I spotted these portable ice bags for wine all over France and instantly knew my clients needed them too. Lightweight, watertight, and foldable, they fit one bottle of wine or a few beers, I mean water fits in them too, perfect for picnics, patios, or weekends away. I had them branded to make them my own, and they turned into the ultimate summer accessory.

This year’s client gift was a ceramic mini bud vase, a small, thoughtful detail that felt timeless. Presentation is everything to me, from how I market a property to how I package a holiday gift. The wrapping, the textures, the finishing touches, it’s all part of creating something beautiful and intentional.

There’s nothing I love more than showing appreciation for my clients. To celebrate the start of summer, I partnered with Local Flora, who grows her flowers right in her North Vancouver garden, to put together custom bouquets for everyone. Her signature flower cart made the setup look incredible and clients dropped by to pick up their blooms and kick off the season in style.

To wrap up the year, I brought back the neighborhood candles, this time hand poured in North Vancouver by Waxlings. Each soy wax candle was scented with natural essential oils and personalized by neighbourhood, creating a simple, elegant, and meaningful gift for every client.
Medallion Cheers 2021
When I made Medallion, the top ten percent of realtors in Greater Vancouver, I wanted to celebrate with the people who helped make it happen. Every 2021 client received a bottle of Mission Hill Meritage waiting for them at Everything Wine in North Vancouver. It was my way of saying thank you for being such an important part of an incredible year.
Whiskey Tasting 2021
To thank a small group of clients who have trusted me and shared my name with friends and family, I hosted an intimate whiskey tasting led by Off The List Sommelier. It was a simple but meaningful way to show my appreciation for the referrals that keep my business growing.
Rooftop Social
September 2021
September in Vancouver doesn’t always cooperate, and this night proved it, but even with the rain, the rooftop social was one to remember. With live music by Evan Kennedy, a wine tasting by Off The List Sommelier, and charcuterie cones from Carnella Food, guests mingled under the tent while Signature Booths captured black and white photo strips all night long. Everyone went home with custom wine tasting boards by Wolfpack, a perfect keepsake from an unforgettable night.

Each client received a custom neighborhood candle hand poured by Simple Soap in North Vancouver. Packaged in wooden boxes from Wolfpack and paired with a cute little match holder, it was a cozy, thoughtful way to celebrate the holidays and share a bit of local love.

Set against the beautiful backdrop of Deep Cove in North Vancouver, I hosted a day of family photo minis captured by Nicole Mofrad Photography. Clients booked their time slots and received professional photos that many used for their holiday cards. It was such a fun, feel good way to connect with clients and create lasting memories.
