Welcome, I’m so glad you’re here. I’m Carmel Frandsen, a North Vancouver based Realtor helping clients buy, sell, and invest with clarity, confidence, and a touch of creativity. With well over a decade of experience in real estate, I’ve built my career on trust, strategy, and connection, guiding everyone from first-time buyers to seasoned sellers with care and intention.
My approach to real estate is anything but ordinary. I believe a home should be sold as a lifestyle a vision that allows buyers to imagine themselves living their dream life within that space. That philosophy led to the creation of Accent Staging, my signature design-forward service included with every listing package. It’s where marketing strategy meets aesthetics, transforming every property into a story that resonates and inspires.
Before real estate, I earned a Diploma in Marketing Management from BCIT and later completed Interior Design courses there in 2016. This blend of business expertise and design sensibility allows me to position every home and every client with creativity and strategy.
Community and connection are at the heart of what I do. I love hosting client appreciation events from cooking classes to rooftop dinners and wine tastings as a way to celebrate the people who make my business possible. My clients’ referrals and continued trust allow me to do what I love every day.
Beyond real estate, I’m proud to volunteer with Dress for Success, a global community empowering unemployed and underemployed women to achieve financial independence and personal success. Supporting women in building confidence and opportunity is deeply important to me and another way I can give back to the community that has shaped my life and career.
Born and raised in North Vancouver, I’m proud to serve the community I call home. Outside of real estate, you’ll usually find me walking the North Shore trails with my dog Lira, exploring moody European-inspired interiors, or planning my next travel adventure.
