I may be late to the party, but I just discovered Lambrusco !
Should you also be in the dark on Lambrusco, It’s a sparkling red wine that’s dry, refreshing, and perfect served chilled in the summer. Since getting home from Europe, I’ve been loving the Concerto by Medici Ermete and Labrusca Rosso by Lini 910, both from Everything Wine.
